[Though it may be the first time that Bruce has reached out to everyone mentally, there’s no hesitation in how quickly his voice permeates in other hosts’ heads. As with most things, the man gets right to it — besides, this isn’t exactly being done for the sake of pleasantries.

(If you’ve been paying attention, you’d know that Public Security Commissioner Seong-Hye Ngozi has been hiding something. I plan on visiting her office to find out exactly what that is.)

[Images of the office building itself filters through the link, the fruit of prior research and reconnaissance. And the implication is more than clear that this isn’t exactly going to be a scheduled office visit.]

(That's right.) [Her schedule was full, comes the ring of dry sarcasm, echoing through his thoughts, but Bruce curbs it from projecting too much.

Ahsoka wouldn't be wrong; it certainly was espionage. She probably wouldn't be wrong to be skeptical either, to be fair. But Bruce (and Mara) have done their research, their planning, and now he's reaching out as a way to gather the final pieces.

He doesn't add much more; he waits patiently for the questions.]

[Even the brief projection of it gets minor amusement from Ahsoka. But she doesn't know enough about Bruce to make any assumption but what she already knows of the Nest:]

( Its not a good idea. The last group that tried this didn't fair well. )

[Having the Force users might have been helpful, were they not so unbalanced beside one another.]

(Circumstances are different. I'm not saying that there aren't risks, but this is something we're willing to do, for the sake of expediting the success of this mission.)

[Sitting on their hands isn't going to do anything, and it's hard not to want to take action when there are potential secrets to uncover, buried behind the walls of Public Security.]

[Its easy for Ahsoka to pick out Bruce's desire to get something done, and its something she can respect -- willingness to take charge without someone to tell him where to go and what to do. Its not really the motive that troubles her.]
