[ someone's up and awake again. Not so tired sounding, though. This time, she's remembered to go and eat before she reaches out to the rest of the hive. ]

( Is anyone in the Bearings that can give me an update on what I've... missed? As much detail as possible.

If it were safer, I might suggest we start keeping more accessible records for these... interludes. )

[ She's not fond of this not knowing everything all the time ever. Which on the note of: she sighs, little echoing tumbling thought that is edged with frustration. ]

( And... does anyone what kind of tricks lions should do? Are they meant to be predators? Are they meant to be tamed?

.... Actually, does anyone know what a lion is? I'm starting to realise I don't know very much about animals if they aren't trying to eat you. Which isn't particularly useful, right now. )

[ ... and for anyone looking for Angel, she will be with a strew of mechanical parts around her that is half in her room, half in the corridor for her shiny new, tackely bright gold performing robotic lion. ]

[ Where she's settled against him, it's easy to spot the worry in him - if not completely know where it comes from - so she leans in. Brushes the tip of her nose against his jaw as if she were fishing to draw him back from his concern before she pulls herself straight again. ]

Easily a couple of months.

[ Though, secret as she keeps it, she likes how he does, like there was so much to him, he couldn't keep it locked away. So far as she was concerned, she kept it locked away secretly to herself. Her own secrets of him. ( She was adept at keeping them, after all, why not her? ) ]

[ Gently, Bellamy loops an arm to drape around her shoulders. A smile flickers at the nudge of her nose, breaking through the slow-rising haze of worry. ]

That feels like a long time.

[ Both to wait to perfect his control and to be here. He still gets stuck thinking about being away from his people, but the shift towards melancholy isn't going to make this conversation any easier to navigate. ]

[ when his arm comes around her, she readily abandons her work - not sure just how this became comfortable, somewhere in the depths of her mind and his hands threaded through hers - but she accepts it. Being asleep so long makes her crave it, cling to it, even if she keeps it a subtle addiction. A sort of need that chews through her belly and never comes out of her mouth. ]

Not so long when you're with people who help each other.

[ Her eyes close, her head settling against his shoulder, small against him and content there. Silent with a deep breath of contentment, just stretching against him, her cheek brushing against him. Listening to the thud inside of his chest, the roll off his mind of thoughts that hum just there under his skin. ]

Hey, has anyone ever told you that you worry a lot?
