(no subject)
CHARACTERS: Ahsoka Tano and Armitage Hux
WHERE: The Bearings
WHEN: Whenever that whole clusterfuck went down
SUMMARY: Nobody likes the First Order, but Ahsoka Tano especially doesn't like the First Order
WARNINGS: None
[Descending from the roof top had been a swift affair. Tracking down Anakin's saber after a bystander picked it up, even more time. She had needed to wipe a few minds to erase her tracks after they had seen the strange, cauterized burn on her arm. Now, returning to her quarters, she is exhausted and battleworn, the symbiote distressed from all the activity and all of the extra strain.
Its embarrassing, really. A Jedi in her prime, reduced to gripping a support rail just to get herself on he next landing level as a result of reaching for what should have been natural. Even after all of her time with the Nest, the Force still felt so far away.
Just a little farther, and she could find her room and rest. Maybe given enough time, she would be able to forget about the fact that she had let her anger control her judgement in a moment where patience should have prevailed.]
