[For two days, all Murphy's had in his head is himself and Bellamy. It makes the sense and voice of anyone else strange again, almost disorientating. He's quiet with it for a moment while Bellamy responds, though it still lingers to him as he reaches back.

There are other curls of surprise in his mind, too. He hadn't expected Ilde, doesn't know what thread of connection would have brought her here, risking this. Did she know Bellamy? Or was this like some totally unbalanced return the favour for the Darkling had helping steal that party food.]

( What's the plan? )

[For now holds promise, but he doesn't get his hopes up. However this place works might mean they're waiting another two days, just with more company.]

[ Ilde's inner voice is very calm. She is not anxious for them. She is not fearful of being down here, cut off from the rest of the host. But neither is she confident. Emotion is elsewhere, drowned somewhere, left behind and now she is here. This is her iron-willed determination that they have lost enough hosts to this planet. She meets their reaching, but it lacks a warmth that was there before. ]

( The hacker Y controls exit and entry for us. She is in our company, and if I cannot find a safe place for her to wait, she will have to remain with us. We will endeavor to come to you quietly, but we don't have much time. If we are found out the Darkling and I can cover our escape. )

[ And it will be unpleasant. ]

[The quiet, fast hum of thought, Murphy scanning the cell around them, turning over the small amount of knowledge they've managed to glean from conversation and two day's experience. It doesn't escape him that Ilde feels different, a thin thread of caution stringing taut (had something happened, while they'd been away, cut off from everyone), but it isn't strong enough to press as a priority. He can respect pragmatism.]

( We can start a fight. ) [A dry note of irony behind the thought, meeting Bellamy's eyes. They'd spent a fair amount of time trying to avoid any more fights.] ( The guards'll come to put us in solitary, but it would get the door open. And make a distraction. )

[They'd have to get the timing right. Murphy wants out, but he also does not want to end up back in solitary again.]

[ She absorbs, taking in the shape of the cell, the guards, the punishment. Letting the picture form in her thoughts. She is no master tactician, but she is viciously decisive, and as the plan fleshes itself out, she agrees, ]

( Yes. Opening the door is advantageous... We will come to you slowly and quietly, and then we will leave this place quickly, and in such a disarray they will not know to stop us. )

[ She is preparing it in her mind, what she will need to do. ]

( If there is too much chaos I may struggle to keep the fear off of you. )

( We'll handle it. )

[ Bellamy isn't totally sure of what Ilde's powers are capable of, but he knows how to keep moving when he has to do so. They have to get out. Nothing's going to keep them from that. ]

( Can you give us a ten minute warning? That's all we should need. )

[ The guards had come quickly to break up the fight and cart Murphy away last time. Bellamy thinks ten minutes is more time than they'll need, particularly with the resentment still brewing in Yan's corner of the pen. ]

[ The manifestation of mental fingers flicking one of Bellamy's ears. 'Sup, shrublord. ]

[ She purses her lips. She wants them to understand a little better just what they might see... but there isn't time to truly prepare them. The Darkling has practiced with her many times, she has faith in him, but the other two... ]

( Stay with Y, no matter what you may see. I am determined not to effect her, she will know the world for what it is. )

[ It's the best she can do for them. They are arriving, it is time to begin this mission. ]
