She's been meaning to seek out Ren again, and it feels all the more important after the Prince's condescending message.

No. [Prince was eager to stall the fight, not exacerbate it. Unnecessary as it seemed at the time, and quick as it came before their departure, Ren was too preoccupied to tend to the damaged state of his own robes.
