CHARACTERS: Aloy and you

SUMMARY: Aloy finds the pool.
WARNINGS: Nudity.
A. DAY 049: Splish splash
[ Aloy had been told about the miraculous internal plumbing and hot showers here, but she'd yet to actually see one (or really grasp how she was supposed to get it to work). After a few days of training and living, she was badly in need of a bath and her wanderings had ended up leading her to this pool. True, it smelled faintly of some sort of chemical, but it was a pool and she could bathe.
Stripping down and piling her things at the pool's edge, Aloy stepped into the shallow end, wading around until she found a spot where the water rose just over her hips. Deep enough. Soapstone and wash cloth in hand, she bends to get them both wet, then begins to vigorously scrub herself down. It's in this state, naked and covered in soap suds, that someone comes for a swim and instead finds Aloy taking a bath. She looks up, entirely unbothered by her nudity and nods a brief greeting. There's enough room for others to use the pool as well, so she assumes there shouldn't be a problem.

Re: barges in with a mental link because bellamy is attached to noctis and a slime baby
[ Aloy's amusement is the strongest emotion that Bellamy feels as Aloy's mental attention towards Bellamy. His notion of clean seems to match well with hers, though it also seems to include swift, clear rivers. ]

[ Chlorine is new to him. Even the water on the Ark, stale as it had sometimes been, had never smelled sharp and strange the way the pool does. ]
( That water's all for swimming. If you can swim. )
[ Which she clearly could, better than Bellamy. There's faint admiration attached to that consideration. ]
