( But it's also about vibrations, right? When you play a different note, a thing becomes a different thing, and that's how we got the stuff that makes up the universe, and even multiverses and all that. )

( That's getting more into the lore I mentioned. It is believed the gods spoke the entire universe into existence, and their primordial words of creation still reverberate and expand through the cosmos. Bards harness those echoes using music and convert it into magic, or we attempt to.

( That's definitely not how any of this works. Even if we assume that gods are real, we're also in a completely different universe that they presumably didn't create and your powers still work. There's probably a completely different explanation. )

( Well now, that's assuming this universe and the ones we came from are so different that the same laws of nature don't apply, which is obviously not true. )

[ The fact that they remain adherents to the force of gravity, for one, or even that they use such identical frequencies with which to speak to each other, not to mention how Gildor's power still works. There are more uncanny similarities than differences. The dimension contained in Leliel, she thinks, must be far more alien than the homes each of them hail from. ]

( Look, what I'm saying is, you can tell myths or figure out mathematical formulae and still be talking about the same thing. One in metaphors, the other in numbers. The origin of the world, right? Reverberate and expand are the words we use for our version too. )

But honestly, I'm more inclined to listen to Gildor. The string theory is just that, a theory. His door actually got us through to the other side. )
