When I'd arrived in Concordia, I could sense Ren's presence everywhere and he could sense mine. I don't know if it's the same between every Force-user or not, but I'd think you would feel me coming even if you couldn't see me.

So I don't see the point of such an exercise. Certainly not as my 'proof' that I'm able to participate in this mission. )
