[ used cars have paperwork, giorno wanted to say. a used car means that someone will need a name and a file to attach to the car itself, it means that it has to be in the same condition when it was leased or sold, which they can't always guarantee. disposing it won't be easy, and it has the potential to be an inconvenience to whatever poor concordian they'll be taking it from.
