MENTAL LINK.
[Though it may be the first time that Bruce has reached out to everyone mentally, there’s no hesitation in how quickly his voice permeates in other hosts’ heads. As with most things, the man gets right to it — besides, this isn’t exactly being done for the sake of pleasantries.
Straight to business then:]
(If you’ve been paying attention, you’d know that Public Security Commissioner Seong-Hye Ngozi has been hiding something. I plan on visiting her office to find out exactly what that is.)
[Images of the office building itself filters through the link, the fruit of prior research and reconnaissance. And the implication is more than clear that this isn’t exactly going to be a scheduled office visit.]
(I’ll need distractions outside of the Public Security offices. Only volunteer if you’re confident that you know what you’re doing.)
[He’s sure questions are on their way, but he’s not willing to entertain them preemptively. Thus, his words end there.]
((ooc; this is the post for your character to ICly offer themselves to help with the break-in plot. (As detailed here.) Note that while Bruce might not find everyone’s credentials compelling, that won’t stop your character from coordinating with others if they want. He's not your supervisor!!!
Therefore, threadjacking is highly encouraged so all characters can sort out their plotting together!)

[ there's plenty enough of responses offering for distractions and infiltrations. there's also an undercurrent of worry as people talk, and giorno figures that he might as well help this way. ]
( Though I do hope I won't be needed. )

( Let me show you. )
[ better to give her images than to have him describe the process. ]
no subject
( Fine. But make it quick. )
warnings for gore!!
the memory stops after the sensation of gold, whispering as it retreats from her mind. giorno is slow as he draws away, unused to the effort of sharing. ]
( I can do it to others as well. Although I've never tried it on anything beyond human biology - I imagine it'd be different where cyborgs are concerned. Or other species, for that matter. )
no subject
( How does this technology work? Do you always use it for healing? )
[She finds that doubtful, considering all the ways she would use it if she could.]
no subject
( It's not normally for healing, though it worked out to be just fine for all kinds of medical emergencies. Better than relying on a stapler in a pinch.
We call it a Stand. It is a reflection of the user's soul. )
[ though giorno is doubtful as to whether or not that explanation is accurate - he's only had his stand for a couple of months, and most of the people in passione had had their stands drawn out of them by force.
as for its uses, he actually has to think about that. he belongs to the mafia - passione - back home. he's used to killing for the sake of the famiglia. but then again, giorno is also a traitor and a liar to his enemies and friends in that regard. ]
( It depends. Gold Experience is a defensive Stand, and powerful enough on its own. I protect my friends with it. )
no subject
( So it can heal and protect. What are the stipulations? Do you have to be nearby? Is the process painful? )
no subject
( My range is terrible. I have to touch the other person. Apparently it's painful, but I'm used to it. I've gone through amputations and plagues with my Stand.
I don't necessarily need to be protected - I can defend myself well enough - but people are worried about the mission since there've been considerable losses on our side. It's an option, should anyone need more healers on-site. )

[yep just acting like she's in charge nbd]

( I'm fine with that. We don't want a big crowd, after all. Especially with a crowd that is too eager to sink their teeth into something.
Are you going with them? )
[ last time he talked to her, giorno had the sense that she wasn't exactly the epitome of social grace ]

( I'll be on the stealth team. It may be best for you to ride along in our getaway vehicle. Could you work under those conditions? )

The imagery is a little disturbing, but Bruce seems relatively unaffected. That kind of healing would be useful for many kinds of missions, not just this one. He makes sure to note it in his head.]
(Your abilities from home.) [It's a statement, not a question. Those are obviously not symbiote abilities, and it sparks Bruce's interest.] (It looks painful.)
no subject
[ he's used it too many times. that should probably be alarming, but the mafia doesn't care about the fifteen year olds it occasionally employs, only that they carry out the missions to the letter. ]
( But now that you know what I can do, I don't want any complaints, should you need my help. )
[ he's teasing, maybe!!! ]
no subject
(Not so fast. Your abilities are useful, but that doesn't mean that they're always viable. How strong are they?) [The injuries he saw looked grievous, but he wanted more detail. Could they bring someone back teetering on the edge of death itself?] (And do you need physical contact? If not, is there a range limitation?)
no subject
( It is called a Stand, and the name is Gold Experience. Gold Experience is unparalleled in its potential - back where I come from.
On the other hand, there is also the symbiote, and I don't know what it does, or how it affects my Stand. Not yet, anyway.
For now, I would say that where injuries are concerned, the sooner they are brought to my attention, the better. If you want to know whether or not I can revive the dead, the answer to that is quite simple: I don't want to find out. Stands are capable of so many things; people are also capable of many things. The will to survive can be a dangerous thing. )
[ combined with the way gold experience can turn almost anything into a living thing .... no, that's too dangerous to consider. too problematic. ]
( As for range, it is a closed-range humanoid Stand. I'll have to touch the injured person in order to heal them. )

no lazarus pit shenanigans here yo](We can't afford to have you on the ground; we need to avoid having too many moving pieces. Mara's already spoken to you about standing by in a secure location?)
no subject
[ as for the rest of it ... ]
( Yes. Mara wanted me on standby, but I'm riding along in the getaway vehicle.
More details would be nice as to where and when.
I'm capable of fighting, too. I like to think I don't need a bodyguard as a medic. Tell me where and when you need me, and I'll be there. )
no subject
[In other words, let's not get too enthused just yet. Bruce wants to play this safe, as it should be.]
(As for details, you'll know as soon as Mara and I hammer out the rest of the details. The whole point of this was to integrate the aid and opinions of other hosts before anything is finalized.)
no subject
[ not all missions are always exciting, after all. ]
( Alright. We'll keep in touch. )
