It's as polite and crisp as the person behind it– Hux is never one to overlook formalities, regardless of the fact that everyone is linked in the brain. So once he's relatively certain he has most people's attention, he'll get more to the point. ]

Considering the growth of the Nest that we've experienced, it may benefit us to begin coordinating efforts and communication on a larger scale.

I realize this may seem redundant when taking the mindlink into account, but for those who are newer or those who do not have as much of a handle on their newfound powers, it could be helpful. Moreover, the progress we've made collectively on this mission could be pushed with more cohesive organization. )

( All in all, I believe this group is rather talented and driven, just lacking on the communication aspect. If you've input on any of these points, I would be glad to hear them. )

This mission has already taken much longer than their last one, which was... also a mess. And they've lost a host in each. He's mentioned his abilities to a few hosts, but laying everything out on the table is bound to do some collective good. ]

( It might be best to coordinate with another host that has either similar powers or complementary ones to aid with training and discovery. At this point, we seem to know relatively little about each other in that regard, so any solid planning is on hold until there's more information.

Ideally, the plan would be assisting each other in sparring courses or even the mental equivalent for some. There's a lesser chance of us being pigeon-holed by an outside force the better we understand our own group's strength. ]

I would not be so presumptuous to assign responsibility to anyone. However, I can compile a list of volunteers who would feel comfortable in assisting others with those sorts of details. )

Still, constructing a list of those who are adept with the more mental pressures and those who would like to learn more is less likely to step on toes. Those who want to learn can elect who they would like to learn from on their own time. ]

Currently, our mission is something of a tangle. We believe there's an outside force creating an undercurrent of unrest and chaos here. It's going unseen by the general public but our specialized powers will give us a leg up, so to speak. Finding that force and ceasing their activities are what's important. If you've network capabilities, looking for suspicious or dissonant actions would be a good place to start. )

( I would not go so far as to suggest using them as a crutch. However, I believe that embracing what has become part of ourselves will only be beneficial in the end. One does not sever a limb without suffering from the crippling; the same can be said here.

Using alternate ways to become stronger and disciplined alongside the powers will make for a well-rounded set of abilities. )
